My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

Check out the SHIPPING section for what to do next.

I need to make a change to my order, my delivery address or just cancel the order.

If it’s in the first 2 hours of ordering, you can email us at contact@uger.co and we may be able to catch it. Then we can easily amend anything, or cancel the order. If the item has already been dispatched, then check out the RETURN section for what to do next.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, through Stripe to ensure the highest level of security.
